Renovated Monastery on Vicenza hills

Old local stone house used by monks of the alongside Franciscan church from the 13th century. It has a wide garden and a beautiful view. Two bedrooms that share a bathroom on the second floor and an additional bathroom on the base floor. There is a good kitchen and a big living room with fireplace and a big wood table for dinners, a small laundry room and a big terrace where you can sunbathing. Excellent position to relax but also to visit Padova and Vicenza, great for wine tours and outdoors. The house seems merged with the local yellow stone. The Nature and the church gives a time stopping feeling great for who wants to relax and recharge the batteries. Big garden with a parking spot. I work during the week but especially in the weekends I could guide you in the near trails or in Vicenza and then share a dinner and a glass of local wine. Costozza is a small but very cozy and historic town. There is a big Villa and garden you can visit (Villa da Schio) and very good restaurants. By car or bike, or 5 minuts walk to the nearest town square (Costozza) where you can take pubblic transport to Vicenza or Padova. Once every month during Sunday a local community have a mass in the church so there might be more people walking around in the garden in front of the church.
