Welcome to Pool Villa 36 by The Rentalgram - A Ground plus One structure encompassing around 4,000 sq ft area with a private open to sky pool. Our Private & Independent Villa is in a gated complex with 21 private and gated villas (few out of which are still in construction stage but rest assured, *No Noise Pollution* due to this) . The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities & for additional safety we have security CCTV cameras in the exterior of the villa. Located about 3 minutes off the lonavla-pune highway,our 3 BHK villa offers a cut of from the hustle bustle and provides a noise free zone. The villa has : -3 Air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 private washrooms and 1 common washroom - spacious living room with 2 sofa sets &1 television and DTH connection - dining area and a bar - Open Kitchen There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, gas-stove, water-purifier and washing machine. The non-smoking bedrooms are equipped 2 kings size & 1 queen size beds,toiletries, dressing area and wardrobe to keep your belongings. One room on the first floor has a small balcony. The gated Villas is bounded by a private garden,10*20 sq ft open to sky pool ,outdoor seating arrangements with a swing,a backyard and outdoor common parking area .Our villa is secured with gated premises & continuous CCTV monitoring. A few tiles in our living area have welding marks on them in lieu of some welding work at the villa. Our villa fits the requirement for those looking for a quick,pocket friendly get-away, short or long term stays or just want that special day to be perfect,we got you covered. We also provide an all meal packages and barbecues according to guest’s requirement at an extra charge.Meals provided will be veg & non-veg. Guests can access the entire property as it is solely with them for the duration of the stay. Hosts try to always be present at time of check-in. Pool Villa 36 is located in Serene County, Vasroli, the area consists of 21 private villas out of which 8 are fully constructed and very occasionally occupied. 1-2 villas are being constructed (between 9am-5pm) without any disturbance to any of the guests. There is no disturbance to the privacy of our guests once they are in the villa as the boundary is covered with nicely draped fence. There is a mountain view from the exterior of the villa and also from the cozy balcony on the first floor. On a chilly winter night one can enjoy a star lit sky sitting by the pool side with bonfire. The Villa is 5 minutes off the main highway. Distance from : Lonavala Market : 5km Neeta Volvo : 4km Kailash Parbat Restaurant :4.5km •Parking space is available outside the villa in common area. •All meals are available at an additional cost which we can let you know upon booking the villa. •Breakfast is not included the rates displayed,an additional charge is applicable for same. •The caretakers or cook do not stay on the premises they are available from 9am -9pm.• •Lonavala / Khandala experience load shedding every Thursday, between 9am-6pm.The property is equipped with a fully charged inverter & incase of power cuts the inverter runs 3-5 hours. However inverter does not support air condition /wifi and geysers. •All are electronic gadgets/ equipments are serviced from time to time, incase of any sudden technical failure the management will not be held responsible and will do everything in their capacity to fix it. •No trespassing in other villas except the one offered during your stay with The Rentalgram. Incase of any complaints of trespassing/noise complaints, The Rentalgram is not responsible for any consequences. •Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. •Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. •In lieu of heavy monsoon the property is prone to seepage and dampness which is beyond our control.Garden area could be subject to some wear & tear as well.
