A SMALL STEP TO THE TURIN CENTER

A living room with a fantastic view of the Turin hill, 2 bedrooms full of books, a green lawn surrounded by flowering plants and large trees. The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached villa located in the residential area of the hill a few minutes from the city center. Spacious living room with beautiful views of the valley, a lovely double bedroom full of books and two windows overlooking the green, a cozy single / double room, bathroom and kitchen. This quiet apartment is perfect for families or executives, a place to rest after visiting the city or a great place to think, write and read. The bus stop is 5 minutes down the street, the car is still recommended. The apartment offers the use of the garden, the parking space available in the property, satellite TV and free Wi-fi internet, washing machine and dryer (downstairs), bedding and towels. We live in the same house, on the ground floor overlooking the garden. We can meet if you wish for an aperitif or a chat, or not! In any case, we are generally at your disposal to help you. It is a good idea to spend some time to discover Turin, a town rich in history and culture that offers castles, royal residences, parks and museums. Do not miss the Egyptian Museum, the Mole Antonelliana with the National Cinema Museum, the Castello di Rivoli - Contemporary Art Museum, la Venaria Reale. Visiting the historic centre, you will discover attractive squares, gorgeous baroque palaces and shopping streets; the town is famous for its 18 km of arcades, the wonderful public parks and the Po river banks, the historical cafés and chocolate shops. Convenient bus stop (3min only walk from the house) of service n. 52 which takes you in 10min to Porta Nuova station and to the center. N. 53 (less frequent) takes to Gran Madre and Piazza Vittorio (few minutes). The taxi fare from the airport to home is around 50€. Bus shuttle Sadem service cost 6.50€ (+1,00 € aboard) with stop at Porta Nuova railway station, then bus n. 52 (piazzale Adua direction). All guests must present their identity card or passport at check-in for compulsory notification to the public security authorities ( GU n. 14 del 17 - 1 -2013). In addition, the City of Turin provides a tourist tax of € 2.30 per person per day (children up to the age of twelve are exempt) up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days of accommodation.
