Cozy 2BDRM APT..LaSalle,Einstein & Temple hospital

LOCATION: Welcome! Mi Casa es Su Casa! This Modern Cozy 2 Bedroom Apartment is located in the Uptown Philadelphia- In East Oak Lane Section of the city. This APT is perfect for 4 individuals. Anything more than 4 may cause an uncomfortable situation. There are a couple of Mark Spots that are familiar to the city such as Einstein Hospital (4-6Mins in driving), Olney Train Station ( 3-5 Mins in driving), LaSalle University ( 7mins away in driving), Temple University Hospital (12mins in driving). In front of the house is free street (Email hidden by Airbnb) MON SPACE AREA: There is a living room with a flat screen TV and a outside balcony with a fire pit. The balcony is lit with dim lighting with a sort of industrial ambiance for scenery. The kitchen has appliances such as a stove, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator ( no dishwasher). For your convenience, there are pots & pans, A keurig with assorted coffee & Teas , and plates with cutlery as well. BED + BATH: Both rooms are cozy and chic with a simplistic feel painted in a sage green that promotes positive energy & harmony. Both rooms have closet space for luggage storage and also hangers for convenience. THE MASTER BED ROOM (GREEN ROOM) - has a high-queen size bed THE 2ND BEDROOM ( PINK ROOM) - The second bedroom has a full size bed The Bathroom has a bathtub and shower Guest has access to the entire Unit# 2 apartment and the Balcony If assistance is needed, I live about 6mins away from the apartment. Guest will access the apartment by Lock-box using an access code. Guest will receive an access code for the apartment at their check-in time ( 3PM) on the day of their first stay. Olney Transportation Center is located about 5 mins away ( in driving or if an uber/lyft) was taken. Fern Rock Transportation Center is about 7 mins in walking and 2 mins in driving Center City is 30 away on the train, and 25 mins away driving.
