You can easily walk downtown where all the shops and restaurants are located on King Street - as well as the main tourism attractions and of course the St. Lawrence River. There is a bus stop almost in front of the duplex but it is easy to get around by bike or car as well as walking as so much is close by. Two blocks from the main street of Brockville - King Street, and one block further is Centeen Park on the water. Eight minutes walk to the weekly outdoor market on Market street West and Canada’s first rail tunnel with a sound and light show at the popular Blockhouse Island.
