Your space consists of a privately accessed ground floor suite consisting of a hallway double bedroom bathroom and kitchen and off road parking. Tea, coffee, milk, juice and breakfast provisions are provided. Close to the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall Tatton and Dunham Estates, we are ideally placed for all Cheshires attractions and delightful Knutsford is close by for shopping and dining. The space is fully self contained and cleaned to the highest standards for your safety re COVID19. The guest suite is situated on the ground floor and has good accessibility. There is private access at the front of the house with a self check in key box the number will be given once booking is confirmed in the check in instructions. There is an outdoor area with small table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Breakfast provisions such as tea coffee juice milk cereals and bread, butter and jams are provided in the kitchen. There are also cooking facilities ie small oven and hob and dishes and pans to prepare meals. A small foldaway table and 2 chairs are available to use if dining indoors. We are happy to help guests with any information they require as we live at the property but also respect their privacy. We would ask guests to park to the right of the driveway. There are many walks and cycle routes close by and we are happy to secure your bikes should you wish to bring them and explore on 2 wheels!l The cottage is in a great location being rural yet only minutes away from the M6 and M56 motorways and the new M556 link road into Altrincham 6 miles away or Chester. Knutsford and Tatton Park are an easy 4 miles away perfect for shopping and dining out. Northwich is only 4 miles away with a great range of shops and entertainment facilities and all the history of the Salt mines to explore. There are also numerous walks and parks to explore in the area. Many cyclists use the lanes so if you have a bike you can explore on 2 wheels. We also have a beautiful little lake in the village of you fancy cold water swimming!! Or just watching the sunset it's amazing! We have a small convenience store and post office approx 1.5miles away just through Wincham turn left off Pickmere Lane into Lynards Lane and its on the right.
