Stunning Mandovi Riverfront Homestay near Panaji

If you're looking for a place overlooking the waterfront with a breathe taking view then you will love to stay here. This luxurious yet affordable space is set on the banks of Mandovi River and overlooks Panjim city on one side and Reis Magos Fort on the other. Ideally located to connect you to beaches and many hot spots. It is setup with modern amenities. We hope to make your stay enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. Located on the banks of the river Mandovi, my homestay has incredible views of the riverfront, Panjim city on the left looks amazing when it is lit up at night and Reis Magos Fort on the right of the river. This large spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom and balcony is on the ground floor and decorated with a four poster antique bed. Other amenities include wifi, hot water kettle,tea and coffee mixes, one bottle of mineral water a day, fresh linen every three days (unless you require a change before that), air-conditioning and hot and cold water facility in the bathroom along with basic toiletries. I can provide you with all kinds of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and can be served to you chilled in your room or on the deck by the riverside. Should you wish to, I can provide you with a fishing rod to fish from your balcony and even crabbing too. River Deck Parking Garden Private Room Common Kitchen Terrace I live next door and will help you check in as well as available for any queries. I also have staff on the property who can assist you. We are located on the banks of the river Mandovi near Panjim city which can be reached by a bridge or more enjoyably a ferry boat ride. Also located close to us in a radius of a 5 min drive are local restaurants like Copper Leaf, Ritz, serving mainly seafood. The Reis Magos Church and Fort which was built in the 16th century. Smaller shops like grocery stores and a supermarket are also available in and around the area. Mall de Goa in Porvorim is a 7 minute drive from us. The easiest way to travel in Goa is by hiring a vehicle which I can assist you with ( hire bikes, cars or taxis) although public transport is also available on the main road in front of us. The airport is 32 kms away, Tivim railway station is 20 kms, Candolim beach is 8 kms, Calangute /Baga is 10 kms and Anjuna is 17 kms to give you an fair idea. The capital of Goa, ie Panjim is just 2 minutes by Ferry Boat. All the on shore Casinos are just 5 minutes from our Guest House. Its a river facing property
