One bedroom, 1200 sq.ft. apartment in large, modern country home has full kitchen and private bathroom. The property is also the home of Blue Haven Stables, a working show horse stable. The apartment was recently remodeled and has beautiful views of fields and woods. Quiet. Private horse riding lessons available. Comfortable for two people. Just 30 minutes away from two downhill ski hills and 2 miles away from a county cross country ski park. The apartment has a living room with two wall to ceiling sliding doors as well as a fireplace. Beautiful views! There is a bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen, and a reading area. There are also nice views from the bedroom Guests will have a private entrance to a 1400 square foot apartment. There are two large sliding doors that go outside in the living room and one door near the bedroom. You will be provided a key so you can lock when you leave. There is a picnic table and chairs outside for you to enjoy and a charcoal grill and fire pit I will greet you when you arrive and show you around the farm. If you need anything while you are here I will be available I offer riding lessons to those that want to ride. Horses. These are one on one private lessons I am just minutes from McCarthy park which is great for hiking, cross country skiing, and has seasonal equestrian trails. Also minutes from the glacier drumlin bicycle trail. 10 minutes east of Madison where there is lots of shopping and unique areas There are three ski hills within a 40 mile radius.
