La Trailita/lodging nearest to big Bend State Park

a 16 x 60 ft moblile home. It's on the same Estate as the Baeza Casita in Presidio. la tralita remains an elusive hide out on the Mexican Border. There is a lot of hiking in Big Bend State Park accessible off a paved road. The dirt road travel recommends a high draft vehicle.. altho' I've driven to the Ranch Hdqs in a '98 Buick Roadmaster before, just go slow.. and that car also had posi-trac, keeps the drive wheels from slipping We know everyone for three blocks..and most of the longtime residents in the town
