It offers a completely separate entrance, fully private separate living space, pool and hot tub, and is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The guest house includes a full-size murphy bed, and a queen-size memory foam pull out sofa. A pack-n-play also is available as needed for a child. This fully-stocked kitchen includes complimentary snacks and bottled water, a full-size fridge, keureg coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, induction cooktop, and pantry. The living area hosts a large flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime services as well as any streaming program, a Nintendo Wii with an assortment of games, and DVD player.
