Private room 3, Organic goat Farm stay

Very large room, with alcove sitting room. Quiet and extremely private. Shared bath, access to living room/game room. Goat farm and organic garden, large house, shared kitchen. All animal lovers welcome! Quiet! Peaceful room on a farm. Two twin (single) beds, air mattress available for 3rd or 4th person. Push together or separate. Concrete floor with rugs, LOTS of space, huge room with alcove, work table and room for your things. The house is shared with the owner and others. You will have refrigerator space and shared kitchen privileges. We like everyone to work in the garden if they choose, and enjoy the 'bounty'! There is plenty of space to walk around, and a quiet country road for walks or biking. Some hiking and horseback trails within a few minutes. We interact as little or as much as you like. Some love their solitude, others like to share. We have had wonderful guests who share meals with us, entertain with stories and artwork, and generally enjoy each other's company. Ramona is a quiet, country town with a small main street area, some very unique museums and antique shops, 1 hour to San Diego and 2 hours from Los Angeles. Just a short drive from a historic gold-mine town of Julian, famous for apple pies and wonderful holiday traditions. There is very little public transportation of any sort - a car is very highly recommended. We are about 1 hour drive from San Diego airport. Driving in southern California is the easiest mode of transportation. Taxi, Uber, Lyft and San Diego Transit bus service may be available, but limited. There are cats in the house, and it is very difficult to restrict their movement. If you are allergic, you may not be comfortable. If you choose to book and have to leave for cat or dog allergies, there is no refund. The house is not mechanically air-conditioned. It is cooler inside during hot weather, and warmer than outside during cold weather, due to its unique construction. If you need AC, it's not here... Although cannibus is "legal" in California, we do NOT permit use or possession at this property. There are other places that do permit it, so please staty with them. Thank you for your understanding.
