Private ( not shared) self contain and fully furnished private studio apartment in the heart of St Marys. We are in the centre to the Blue mountain and Sydney city, and easy 3 mins drive access to the M4, 20-25mins drive to the blue Mountains via M4, 5-8 mins drive to Nepean hospital, 10 mins drive to Penrith westfield, walk to Aldi store and Woolworths at the St Marys village shopping centre, and 2 mins drive access to the Great western highway. Dear guests Please note: My studio apartment is designed for couples or singles only, restricted no kids. The studio has a large comfortable queen size bed, with clean linens and pillows and spare pillow cases provided. There is a mirrored built in wardrobe, with hangers and shelves spaces, iron board with a steam iron provided. A fully functional kitchen with cutleries, toaster and kettle, fridge freezer and microwave, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereals and fruits (bananas) In the bathroom is a shower and a toilet and complimentary towels, face towels, soaps shampoos and toilet papers. The studio has its own private front patio with outdoor sitting for smoking and fresh air, and outdoor cup of coffee. There is outdoor laundry with two top loader washing machines and washing lines, with complimentary washing detergent provided. Please leave the apartment clean as you have found it. Allocated car parkings on the premises available for all guests Also provided are cleaning disinfectant sprays and gloves for use when cleaning Please note: We do not charge cleaning fees so please keep the apartment clean before checking out Thank you and hope you enjoy your stay Text, calls and emails The atmospheres is very peaceful and quiet, as it is on an acreage. Drive into the property’s driveway and find enough available car parking on the premises There is an outside laundry with two washing machines and a big washing line which is shared by other tenants.
