Quarantine: This self-contained Townhouse is appropriately set up for Quarantine (moving to Adelaide) but strictly limited to one person and pre-approval is absolutely required for the confidence of the neighbours. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with extra blankets, main with balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity. Airconditioner is upstairs in the common area. Downstairs has the Lounge, dining, kitchen laundry (no clothes dryer), and second toilet. Sensational Gas Heater The Lounge suite is old but oh so comfy, and a couple of snuggle blankets. Unlimited Wifi too. Lockbox key entry fully furnished unlimited wifi & Fetch TV new kitchen with microwave/oven and full size fridge/freezer. Also coffee machine, egg cooker and air fryer for convenience. secure veranda/courtyard new front loader washing machine, and extension clothes line Guests have full use of the property during the stay. COVID guidelines: I am available for questions and helpful to your needs, the distance rule applies to our agreement. I’ll not be present throughout your stay. You’ll need to arrange food delivery online shopping. Foodland, Bakery & Chemist, BWS is right next door, walking distance. Location is only 5 minutes drive from the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Closest bus stop is Hawker Street, 2 minutes easy! Plant 4 - Bowden is 20min walk if you’re keen. this community of townhouses is a quiet group, ideal for your own peace.
