Heated tile floors in the bathroom with walk in shower. Access off 2nd Place with designated parking, private suite, personal use private bathroom, kitchenette. Across from Overlook Park this studio is walkable to the theater, small convenience store, brew pubs, restaurants and at the heart of all local festivals held throughout the year. Just a short drive to the Wildlife Refuge, vineyards for wine tasting, numerous brew pubs, or water sports in Lake River and surrounding lakes/rivers. Only one exit on the freeway to Ilani Casino (4.9 miles; 10 minute drive). Very walkable in downtown and to a number of local parks. Short drive to many surrounding local attractions such as Wildlife Refuge, Rivers, Lakes, Wineries, Clark County Fairgrounds & Convention Center, Sunlight Supply Amphitheater, Ilani Casino, La Center Card Rooms, Washington State University Campus, Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, Downtown Vancouver, WA and short distance to Portland International Airport and Downtown Portland, Oregon. This is downtown setting near railroad tracks & the street where vibrations and noise may be felt and/or heard, especially as it can seem emphasized during the quiet night hours.
