An attractive Stone built cottage sleeps 4 . One bedroom { with two single beds} with a shower room and one double bedroom {king size bed} en-suite. Fitted kitchen with hob, electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.The lounge area has a log fire. Exclusive use of hot tub and gazebo within a lovely private garden. Beautiful views and walks within 7 acres of pretty grounds. Vine cottage nestles on the edge of the 7 acre grounds of the Pines at Eastleigh. With beautiful country views it has it's own special peace and tranquility . Double french doors lead from the lounge out to a private patio and from there a private gazebo with hot tub. Guests have access to the gardens, courtyard and walks in our fields beyond, which lead up to a beautiful viewing point from where the little white town of Bideford twinkles in the valley below and Hartland point and Lundy Island stretch out beyond. Chris and Carol live at the Pines and welcome all guests upon arrival. We are on hand to help with ideas for fun excursions or advice on where to eat. Help is always to hand when needed. Eastleigh is a little hamlet on a hill overlooking Bideford. It has excellent panoramic views of the surrounding farmland and countryside . Westleigh village pub is just a mile away and Instow estuary with it's pubs restaurants & beach is just a 10 minute drive away. The Tarka trail is within 2 miles and great for cycling or walking. The Market town of Bideford is also 2 miles away. We are within easy reach of beautiful Exmoor and the surfing beaches of Westward Ho! Woolacombe & Croyde. RHS Rosemoor gardens are close by. A car is needed to make the most of the many attractions, but there are many lovely walks in and around the village with beautiful views, that can be enjoyed right on the doorstep. We have a store of leaflets on all activities that are available in the area and are happy to help with booking if needed.
