I am always reachable by text but you probably wont see me after a quick tour of the house unless u use the main kitchen, laundry or need to use a bicycle. Quiet Court, no traffic Park in driveway or on My side of street, not neighbors side k?. Greenbelt nature trail thru out back gate. Soft Music during the day is fine, after 9pm is not. Three miles by car or 2 miles by bike path to Suny Stony Brook. Also 3 miles to Mather & St Charles hospitals. You may see other SUNY SB staff or students coming and going or on the greenbelt trail behind the house. available long term or short. bath towel soap shampoo blow drier, provided for short stays. Desk, large closet. coffee pot, mugs, glasses plates etc... Perfect for grad student or couple. 3 miles by car or 2 miles by bike trails to SUNY Stony Brook University & Medical Center, also 4 miles to St Charles or 3.5 miles to Mather Memorial Hospitals about 3 miles to the university by car, or 2 miles by bike path short cuts. train and ferry. montauk and manhattan are 2 hours, fire island sea shore 30 minutes. local beaches 5 minutes. There r 2 bicycles with locks to rent/use if needed $10 week.. washer driver on premises $2.00 per load includes soap and dryer sheets. 1 x per week or use ur own soaps n/ch. I have 3 friendly puppy dogs. You will only come in contact with them when using laundry or kitchen. 1 is a 4 yr blue heeler (athena) 1 is a 3.5 yr terrier mix (zeus) and 1 is my 11 yr friendly pomeranian (chloe) who travels with me unless I am working.
