Detached house near Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val

The house is detached and has a small (85 m2) and cozy garden, with lots of shade. A parasol is available. The living area is located on the first floor, which can be reached by wide, concrete stairs outside the house. The living area is large and so is the kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps four. Then there's another, smaller room, which is being used as a walk-in closet. Here you find lots of wardrobe space. In this walk-in closet you will also find the hoover, an iron and the ironing board. The house has a bathroom with a bath and shower. The toilet is in the bathroom. You will find the washing machine on the ground floor. We put two bicycles here for you to use. It is quite hilly though, might be a challenge! All linen is provided for. Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage, which is being used as storage by the owners. Go for a lovely walk along the banks, go fishing, or paddling. About 200 meters from the house, you will find a good restaurant (with a terrace). The house is located halfway between two beautiful, well-known, medieval villages: Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (used as a film set several times) and Cordes-sur-Ciel (prize for most beautiful French village). There are lots of other beautiful villages and cities in this area, e.g. Najac, Albi, Montauban, Toulouse, etc. All of them have a rich history and very nice weekly markets! You will find a list of weekly markets on the property. This area, with its natural beauty, lends itself perfectly for long walks in nature. Ask the Tourist centers for more information. You will encounter lots of wildlife: deer, boars, etc.. From Saint-Antonin you can go for an exciting canoe trip on the Aveyron, for example with the company: Les Pieds Dans L'Eau, where they speak your language. The house is located 200 meters from the Lexos train station. In litlle over an hour the train takes you toToulouse. There is a connection in Toulouse with the airport Blagnac. There is also a train to nearby Laguepie (market) and Gaillac (market and supermarkets). By car, you can get from the house to Cordes-sur-Ciel in 15 minutes, and to Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in only 10 minutes. We will be present to hand over the keys to the house, and to answer your questions. We will also be present when you leave. We ask a deposit of 50 euro for a short stay and 100 euro for a stay of one week or longer. You will get the deposit back when you leave. would you please be so kind as to deposit any garbage in the garbage bins on the square (in front of the house).
