Nautilus — Architect Designed — Exceptional Views
Nautilus is a unique hillside home designed by the architect who created Channel 4’s Grand Designs lifeboat house in Tenby. The elevated position gives extensive views over the Pembrokeshire coast and countryside, Tenby and Caldey Island. The secluded location up a private road, is within a short walking distance of Penally’s 2 mile long beach, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and all of the village facilities including pubs, restaurants, village shop, bakery and golf courses. Nautilus is designed to maximise the views whilst retaining a private feel. The space is all on one level with a walk-in shower and so may suit guests with restricted mobility. Guests have the use of the entire home, balcony area, small rear garden and parking spaces We live in the next property and will be on call for the duration of your stay should the need arise Penally is a very quiet, historic village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Golden, sandy beaches are within view and accessible via several local footpaths. Although the village is quiet, we have 2 golf courses, 2 pubs, a village shop and bakery and there are plenty of places to eat in nearby Tenby (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive) Penally has a railway station and a local bus service and is within easy driving distance of Tenby and Pembroke for shopping. Nautilus has private parking for up to 3 vehicles with more spaces by arrangement Retreat Road is very steep and narrow in places. If you have a very large vehicle such as a camper van or mobile home, it may not be suitable for the road - please contact us before booking. Please take extreme care when walking on local road and footpaths as these are country roads with uneven surfaces and limited lighting
