Cute cottage features neutral tones, contrasting motifs, a cozy fireplace, a spiral staircase up to a loft bedroom, and a shared backyard with a hot tub, pool, and fire pit. The pool is open from May through September. Relaxing hot tub can be heated year- round. *If the outside temperature is below 35 degrees, the emergency freeze prevention overrides all settings and the hot tub cannot be heated. The entire guest house with full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal or just pop some popcorn. Two full baths with all the amenities . Fireplace in the master bedroom. Cable tv and games when you want to stay and relax. Beautiful salt water pool and hot tub available (with owner’s assistance). The second bedroom is up a spiral staircase. Care must be taken when using the stairs. The entire guest house is yours during your stay. The guest house is a separate home behind our residence. The pool and hot tub are between our house and the guesthouse. The pool is shared with our family. You can have private use of the hot tub after 9 pm. (Owner assistance to turn on the hot tub. During the winter it takes about an hour to heat up). Fire pit available to make s’mores during the winter months. We love meeting new people and will answer any questions you might have. We are just a phone call or text away. Want privacy-you got it! It’s your vacation. Enjoy! This cute little getaway is behind our main residence. We live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of trees on two acres. We are at the end of a road so it is very quiet and secluded.
