Living room, dining room, kitchen and tv room. First floor: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 loos and a children playroom. Two foresters live in a separate staff apartment with their own entrance. They look after the reserve, secure it, and are discreet. Among many other possibilities they can take you for forest baths. OPTIONS INCLUDED with your stay : Housekeeping, ironing, washing, babysitting 1 hour/day for stays over 4 days. Forest Bathing A guided walk every other day in the Courton woods. 1 to 2 hours COURTON RESERVE In the morning already you can take advantage of the nature for a jogging. Guests have exclusive access to the Courton forest and its walks ideal for forest bathing, the natural swimming pool, called lake, with loungers and sitting area on the beach, the tennis court and all our outdoor activities such as boating, croquet or to enjoy a swing, hammocks, and a terrace in the trees. Our forest clearings are perfect for anyone who enjoys yoga and meditation. COURTON WALKS: Immerse yourself in the preserved vegetation and admire the wild beauty with which our nature surround us... the domaine stretches out and offers a stroll through time. From the ancient forest to the enchanted woods you will discover living environments full of stories and habitats with many plant varieties dotted with ponds. BICYCLES: Five adult bicycles are provided. We recommend to try out some of our itineraries. FOREST TENNIS: A vintage tennis court can be found as if per magic lost in the woods. Courton sleeps in a non polluted light zone making it perfect for starry skies and the darkest nights depending on the moon and the weather. COVID: As the situation is worrying for a lot of people, we would like to give our customers and all those who are planning a stay in Courton  the following information: The first barrier, and probably the most efficient, is the vast space we enjoy in Courton. This non-promiscuity private forest naturally limits the risks. Other features of our House also work for increased safety: there is no recycling air treatment in any areas, and according to the rules of the House, air renewal is ensured by opening the doors and windows and for your bedroom for a minimum of four hours just prior to your arrival. Finally, our deep forest situation, remote from the main lines of communication and the major urban centres, protects us, more easily from exchanges between individuals. In addition to this reassuring context, there are vigilance measures with our guests and ourselves. A special awareness of hygiene procedures is implemented with an increased frequency of hand washing and risk surfaces. All measures are taken to ensure you a pleasant and safe stay.
