This is a quite space nestled in the Concord countryside which is part of the majestic Blue Ridge range. This 90-acre plot of land offers running trails and a pond for fishing. Lynchburg is 17 minutes away which is home of Liberty University, Randolph College, Central Virginia Community College, and Lynchburg University. Lynchburg also has a plethora of antique stores and nature trails. We are a family that runs a non-profit for veterans, first responders and their families. This space is being offered when we do not have veterans as a way to raise funds to help with the non-profit overhead cost. Our home consist of four modular units joined together. Your space would be one private bedroom in a separate unit. We live in a unit next to yours. The kitchen and dining area are in the units across the porch from yours. There is almost always someone available that could answer questions or chat as desired. We host a 5k obstacle run and many of the obstacles are left up year round and you could enjoy a nice challenge if you desire. The landscape is beautiful in the spring, summer and fall (it is a bit muddy in the winter). Once you get into Lynchburg there is public transit and a plethora of walking and running trails.
