Town centre furnished flat with double bedroom

Set in the beautiful town of Alva with views overlooking the gorgeous Ochil Hills, my flat is an ideal place to stay for holidays, commuters and those working from home alike. With a big, comfortable couch, broadband and TV, the flat is great for nights in or working from home. Due to it's ideal town centre location, you'll also find multiple bars, a supermarket, takeaway food and restaurants, a cash machine, public transport and more literally on your doorstep! The property consists of a large bedroom, a living room, a storage room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, drawers and wardrobe. The living room contans a TV, coffee table and a large, comfortable couch and broadband router. The storage room contains a desk and chair as well as some household appliances like an iron and the vacuum cleaner. The bathroom has a bath and shower and sink. And finally the kitchenette has a fridge, freezer, skink, oven and hob and washing machine. Guests have full access to all parts of the flat. There is street parking outside and an area at the foot of the external staircase outside for parking of motorbikes and cycles. You can also find car parks in Cobden Street and behind the Johnstone Arms Hotel. I am available when needed, but otherwise I will do my best to give you space. There is an area out back to park a motorcycle if you have one. There is also plenty street parking out in the local area and larger car parks can be found located in Cobden Street and behind the Johnstone Arms hotel as well for cars It has to be understood before booking that this flat is not ran in the same way as a hotel as I am not able to attend to the flat personally sometimes for extended periods of time. With this in mind, guests are expected to maintain the flat spotlessly clean and tidy during their stay and leave the place immaculate for the next set of guests. Cleaners may visit periodically but if a cleaner is required, contact me to arrange this. Before you checkout, please cleaning up after yourself by empting the bin, placing everything back in place where it should be and putting any used bed linen and towells in the washer/dryer machine so that the bedding is clean and fresh for the next set of guests. If there are any issues such as the previous guest leaving the property in an unclean/untidy manner or something is missing or damaged, please report this to me asap. If the issue is very minor and you are able to take the initiative to fix/clean/repair the issue yourself, it is very much appreciated but if a cleaner or repairs are required, let me know and I will attempt to organise any fixes/repairs/cleaning etc dealt with as soon as I can but bear in mind I am often working remotely so I am not always able to respond to issues as quickly as I would like. If any cleaning products, toilet rolls or other essentials are required for the flat, let me know. There is a supermarket next door and if pre-arranged, I will imburse you for any essentials that you are required to be purchaced provided you keep the recepts. The window in the bedroom does not open. Please do not try to open it. Electricity and gas are on a prepayment system. The gas meter is located in the cupboard beneath the window. This uses a key card. The electricity meter uses a key fob and is located in the small bedroom. The fob and the keycard can be taken to the coop supermarket directly opposite the falt in order to purchace electricity/gas as required.
