The home has a spacious front porch with patio furniture and a handcrafted swing, two living areas, a formal dining room, a completely stocked kitchen with coffee bar, bathroom with shower/tub that is stocked with anything you may need, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with a queen. The bedrooms have new and highly rated mattresses and the most luxurious sheets. Both living areas have smart Roku TV’s and comfy couches that fold down into beds. The back living area has an indoor hammock and bar stools as well for ultimate entertaining. The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence, has a patio space with furniture and propane grill and a hammock chair hangs from a giant magnolia tree. You’ll have full access to the entire home including the porch and back yard. The only space off-limits is the garage. I live very nearby. You can get from one end of town to the other by car in just ten to fifteen minutes, so you won’t be far from any destination in Ponca City! I provide shampoo, conditioner, bug spray, body wash, shaving cream, feminine hygiene products, floss, q-tips, paper plates, plastic utensils, kitchen spices, condiments and more. I want you to feel at home and have everything you may need! If you use the last of something, please leave the container or package out so that I can easily identify what needs to be restocked. Despite being a small town, this property is located on one of our main roads and traffic at night can keep some sleepers awake so I’ve provided sound machines in both bedrooms! I’ve put every bit of my heart and soul into creating the perfect place for your stay. All I ask is that you treat my home with the respect you would your own home. Please use coasters, take off dirty shoes at the door and wash any dishes used prior to checking out.
