A home in the country

Built in the 1800's, detached centrally heated (for winter) self catering gite. Situated between Poitiers and Niort in a quiet hamlet perfect for visiting the Vienne and Deux Sevres departments. It has large above ground pool. 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms. 2 ground floor bedrooms 1 king size bed, 1 single, seperate shower room, parking 2 cars only in the fenced grounds. We no longer meet and greet. All cleaning now completed by our team of French cleaners. wifi is available. Several seating areas to catch the sun, one outside the kitchen area which catches the morning sun, for that morning coffee, one by the large oval pool (6.1mt x 3.6mt x 1.22mt) with tables, chairs for the afternoon and evening sun. There is private parking for 2 cars. A car is needed to get about, parking is good. We are on site for your convenience should you need us. Our friendly and helpful French neighbour's make this a special place. A car is needed although the village has all the amenities ie, bank, pharmacy, bakers, restaurant, small supermarket and Friday market is walking distance at approx 2k away. A larger supermarket is less than 10 minutes drive away. It is in the French style of kitchen, diner and lounge combined.
