You have access to the lower level bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette and the iron room. I live on the upper level and you ONLY have access to the laundry room which is by the main kitchen. Note: Upper level bedrooms, bathroom, living room, main kitchen, patio and garage are NOT INCLUDED in the listing. The area is amazing with beautiful trails for biking/walking and a bus stop nearby. Close to Coral Ridge Mall, Restaurants and Grocery Stores; Walmart, Costco. Iowa city downtown, University of Iowa, bars, clubs, restaurants located less than 6 miles from the house. I will provide recommendations for restaurants, nightlife and local places to visit.
