We got anything you need from a baby crib's to Tv's that have any type of channels You Can Think Of! it's about 22 minutes drive /uber/taxi from DC So Come Stay With Us Because Your Vacation Starts Here! The basement isn't included ,first floor lead to an open floor plan consists of living room (VIP) a huge dining rooms, kitchen and a second living room( family room )both have TV that lead onto the very large and spacious deck with a charcoil barbecue and big backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all types of amenities you will need during your stay .There's also a 1/2 bathroom on the first floor. The upstairs consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms two of the bedrooms have queen (Website hidden by Airbnb) of the bedroom have a bunk with full and twin beds and additional crib also two computer friendly working desks and a master bedroom with a king bed for a total of 5 bedrooms there is a 10 PM quiet hours outdoors ( music and voice to be at the low volume)to not disturb the neighbors. guests will have the whole house to enjoy but no the basement the door leading to the basement is secure an closed at all times. the basement is not included in this listing. I like to be invisible as much so guests Can enjoy their time, the Property managerlives in the basement, I will be able to answer any questions or adress an issues promptly .you can text or call me through Airbnb app . The Neighborhood Is Nice and Quiet Overall and There Is Even A Playground Thats Just Three Houses Down From Ours So If You Have Kids Then That Would Be A Good Place For Them to play. We Have Two types of metro Greenbelt Station & New Carrollton Station it is about 3 miles away and usually round every 15 mns .there are also a Bus stop at a block of the house if you decide to used the bus system. Uber is also available. *** Pave parking is available it can take up to 4 cars if park properly also street parking only part with the right direction car facing same direction don't block the neighborsmailbox or driveway.
