Please ask for more information. A magnificent villa with entertaining capacity of up to 120 guests in the summer and the winter. Grounds of around 2 acres overlooking nothing but hills & farmland creates a haven of peace & tranquility quite unique. The owner lives in the adjacent property. The house has 4 large bedrooms with 8 separate beds that can accommodate very comfortably 12 adults / kids. All with permanent beds and proper quality bedding. Guests can enjoy the entire villa (400m2) and the gardens... Although the properties are adjacent privacy is guaranteed by hedges and shrubbery. Guests are always welcome for aperitive around the pool next door when the owners are in, which is most of the summer of course! Peaceful farmland as far as the eye can see...Ideal for remote working or noisy gatherings... Bicycles are ideal ( we have a few, but please bring your own ) Cars are recommended as taxis are tricky to arrange for short journeys Public transport is virtually non-existent Village - Lapeyrouse-Mornay (With a bakery, a cafe, petrol station & a Church) is 1 km away Market Town - Beaurepaire (Market is Wednesdays) is 6 Km away ARRIVING / LEAVING Nearest airports are: Grenoble - 20 minutes // Lyon - 50 minutes // Geneva - 110 minutes Lyon Perrache (TGV) - 45 minutes DISTANCES Marseilles is less than 2 hours by car and 50 minutes by TGV from Valence TGV (45 min away) Paris is 1h45min by TGV from Lyon. The old house has a summer "studio" space, if anyone wishes to paint or workout. Reasonably size pets and mobile instruments are welcome.
