4500 sq. feet. Large gathering areas & roomy, fully-stocked kitchen. WIFI, pool/ ping-pong table, air hockey, 3 satellite TV's, Netflix TV, DVD's, books & toys. In-ground tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. (I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy! You have the entire house to yourself!) Spacious, quiet, private, warm and welcoming home in the foothills of Cache Valley. Close to downtown and USU yet it feels like a vacation home in the beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Access to laundry and kitchen. Five guest bedrooms plus I can also put air mattresses in two additional rooms which makes seven private bedrooms. (One of the five guest bedrooms also has a queen air mattress.) I also have a porta-crib and a high (Website hidden by Airbnb) bathrooms, great room, kitchen, family room, den, office, laundry, deck, patio and large yard. Both the kitchen/great room area and the family room are very large gathering areas. I am usually gone when guests are in my home. If I am there, I stay exclusively in my room 24/7 and do not come out. My guests have complete privacy. I am always available by phone if needed. This home is located in an upscale neighborhood where each home is on an acre lot or larger. Very private and quiet. This home is on the foothills and has an excellent view of the entire valley. It is just 1/2 block from the mouth of rural Hyde Park Canyon for hiking. 10 minutes from USU, 7 minutes from shopping and restaurants in Logan. There is a bus stop in Hyde Park but it is a couple of miles from my home. I have a large cement pad, triple driveway and circle drive for parking. Loads of parking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior request for an extra twenty per hour. Please count each pet as an extra person unless you have papers for an emotional support animal. Parties and events are invited. Reunions & large parties require an extra hundred venue fee. Weddings require an extra three hundred venue fee. Responsible drinking is fine, but big drinking parties are not welcome. Smoking outside only.
