Charming Poolside Guesthouse~Anderson/Alexandria

1894 chicken coop has been remodeled into a poolside guesthouse located behind my 1894 Farmhouse. Quiet country setting hosts a full functional private 1 bedroom/ 1 full bath apartment with full kitchen, all new appliances, memory foam queen bedroom. The private pool for pool house guests only, is open as of 5/28/21 through End of September weather permitting. A common area fire pit in large backyard is for guest use. A Magnolia chicken coop for 6 layer chickens+2 ducks completes the farm! The guesthouse space includes a full stocked kitchen, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, a stackable washer/dryer unit in utility room, available for use on request for longer stays. Guesthouse is an open concept design of the kitchen, dining and living area. Full sleeper sofa will accommodate 2 guests in addition to the bedroom. Sliding Barn doors separate the Queen bedroom from the living, but offer additional space to an open concept if needed. There is enough room to add an additional floor air mattress if needed. Sliding glass doors lead out to pool with electric cover. Private access for the entire guesthouse and pool. Pool houses guests have exclusive use of the pool during their stay ~I will only need access to pool on occasion to to check chemicals and pump etc. which I will arrange with guests. Large yard area, with common area fire pit, ~ which can be reserved for private use if desired. Self check in available with a keyless entry lock. I am available for guests as little or as much as they so desire. The Pool is private to the pool house guests only during their stay. If I need to perform any pool maintenance during their stay, I will arrange it with the guests, to keep their stay private.
