Large 3bdrm house on a double section with garden and deck on both sides. The 170m2 house has sea views from the living area, master and deck and mountain views from the kitchen, dining and patio. Only a few hundred meters walk to the lake, beach, loop track walkway, playgrounds and shops. The house is spacious and suitable for families and children. Room 1 - king Room 2 - queen Room 3 - queen Extras: portacot and 2x singles can be set up upon request. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. The house has a full kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet in the laundry. The garage is locked and used for storage by the owners. Hosts can be contacted by email or text. Opunake is a vibrant little town with plenty to offer for the whole family. Opunake main beach is patrolled by lifeguards throughout summer and has a great playground and BBQ area. There is a coastal loop track walkway suitable for walking and biking. Some features include views of the beaches, lake rivers, mountain and coastal flower gardens. Opunake has some great shops including; art galleries, cafes, fresh produce shop, superette/supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centre, surf shop, op shops, sports shop and various farm stores. Other activities for the family include; fishing, surfboard hire, movie theatre, 3x playgrounds, swimming pools, rec centre (basketball, squash + tennis courts, gym), skate park and rugby grounds. Opunake is wonderfully compact and the best way to get around is by foot, bike or scooter! Cars and boats can both be parked on the property. Beach access is just over the road, down a path (near the blue mosaic couch). Latest updates: Newly installed HRV heat transfer and ventilation system, highchair, portacot, outdoor umbrella. Small hole in dinning floor near windows, is booked to repaired after Easter when new flooring and carpet is going in. As it is an older house some windows are a little stiff, most work fine.
