Enjoy our 600 ft cottage located in the country on 100 acres 10 mi from Whitesboro . Feel free to wander the acreage or enjoy the outdoor seating areas. Located 15 minutes from Lake Texoma and Fitzel winery and Megastar casino. We have plenty of room for you to bring your boat. 30 minutes from Winstar casino. 10 minutes from Deschain winery. Efficiency kitchen with apt fridge, crock pot, micro, griddle, coffee pot, grill, toaster. We live adjacent to (Website hidden by Airbnb) pets please. Limit 2 guests We are located in the country 10 minutes from Whitesboro and 18 from Gainesville. We live on the property and outdoor areas are shared. You are free to wander around and enjoy the wildlife or feed the cattle. Our location is much removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. You are welcome to use our outdoor grill and we also have an electric skillet, microwave, 2 burner hot plate and toaster oven. We also suggest visiting Cedar Mills marina for a nice meal overlooking Lake Texoma. Fitzel winery is 15 minutes away and a pretty drive through the country. Deschain cellars winery is an 8 min drive. We have a small fire pit behind the cottage where you can enjoy cool evenings. We live on the property and will be available for any questions. You will enjoy the peace and quite of the rural setting. There is an independent driver that I personally know that can provide transportation. I can provide number or make arrangements for you. We do not allow any animals. We do not provide wi-fi.
