Simple amenities with everything you need for a pleasant and peaceful stay! Located immediately off a main neighborhood road. Short drive to I-85 & 316, Express bus to Atlanta, Mall of Georgia, Gbraves stadium, Costco, gas stations and every restaurant you can think of! Historic Downtown, Lawrenceville,Aurora Theater, unique restaurants & quaint shops. Large private room has its own private entrance! Accessible from a large deck, which is only 3 steps up from the ground level. No other access to the main house; space is totally private to you to come & go as you please! No other steps/stairs & is a short walk from the driveway to the deck. The carpeted room has a comfy single bed, lots of extra blankets & throws, towels, large walk-in closet, brand new smart TV with Netflix & Hulu, dining/computer table, big comfy wing chair, 2 clothes bureaus, microwave, remote control ceiling fan & light, fridge, own bathroom with shower. There is also lots of dining supplies such as plates, mugs, cups, instant coffee, tea & cream & sugar. There other small incidentals that may come in handy! The key will be under the mat or the door will be unlocked. I will text you which one it is prior to your arrival. There is $25 early check-in fee if you want to arrive at 1pm. The pool is available weather permitting & quality of water! please ask first. I am always a call or text away! I respond quickly! Communication is a priority! Quiet low-key neighborhood. Short drive to historic Downtown Lawrenceville, great shops and great restaurants! Express bus to Downtown Atlanta is a short car ride! There are plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers in the area. Our house is very quiet, low-key and drama-free. There's no loud music or tv blaring, no doors slamming.
