Parking is inside the park next to the house. The common park is accessible to all guests. Pharmacy, tobacconist's bar and restaurant 2 km away (reachable on foot or by car). 4 km from Stresa and from the embarkation for the Borromean Islands and well-stocked supermarket. Mountain trails allow for long walks. Tourist information will be given to guests. Private access to the lake in front of the house. The Mottarone slopes are 20 minutes away by car, the splendid ski area of Macugnaga (Monte Rosa) is an hour and 17 minutes away. 2 km from the center of Belgirate, 4 from Stresa and from embarkation for the Borromean islands and 12 km from Arona where you can go shopping in the central street (budello) and nightlife. The Mottarone slopes are 20 minutes away by car, the splendid ski area of Macugnaga (Monte Rosa) is an hour and 17 minutes away. Milan is an hour away by train or car. Once you reach the the house, you will go up to the parking lot from a private road inside the park. You can reach Belgirate, the bar, the station, the landing stage and the pharmacy which are 2 km away, either by car or on foot (the first part of 800 meters is via a path which you will have access to from the villa).
