We are 1 1/2 mile from the Valley Forge interchange of the PA turnpike, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . This is a two bedroom first-floor apartment with a private entry and includes a small Living room. One full bathroom and one-half bathroom. First floor, 2 bedroom apt with one King Bed, and Queen (real beds), living room, 1 1/2 baths. Beds are very comfy. An oasis away from everything, yet in the heart of everything. Order in to eat or go to the best restaurants around. This is not a lived in home but rather an apartment designed for an Airbnb traveler. The apartment is located on a small residential street one-half block from the commercial strip of King of Prussia and 1 mile from the King of Prussia Mall. We also have an another larger 3 bedroom, second-floor apartment at this location also listed on Airbnb. This listing is for just the 2 bedroom apartment. Or, one can book for both first floor and second floor for larger number of Guests. -1 Flexible check in with key-less electronic entry system -2 Off street parking space in rear of property, additional street parking. Guests will have no trouble accessing the unit because the door has been equipped with a touchpad based locking system. This means you can enjoy entry and departure with no concern for keeping track of a key. As your arrival date approaches you'll be provided with a unique 4 digit code. To enter the door, you would press the logo "Schlage" and then your code. The lock automatically locks in 30 seconds. Pricing is based directly on the total number of guests using the apartment. This includes children (babies under 2 years of age are not charged). We require guests to be 100% honest about the number of people staying, this is critical. Just to make it totally clear, this space may not be used for parties or events. You may not book the place with one or a few guests and then have a whole bunch of people show up. While we do not live in the house, we are near and maintain an office on the first floor. What's not to love!? There are so many places within a reasonable walking distance,(and I mean one to two blocks): WAWA, Target, McDonalds, TDbank, Starbucks, Wallgreens, and more! King of Prussia Mall / what can I say? It's the best mall in the entire country. People come from all over the world to shop here. More stores than I could possibly list. One block from RT 202 and one mile from the King of Prussia Mall and interchange for 76, 276, and 422. We are an @ 18 mile drive to Downtown Philadelphia. 30 minutes drive if light traffic.
