Cozy Room outside West Chester & Downingtown

Enjoy a quiet stay right outside of Downingtown and West Chester. My home is in a neighborhood right outside of Thorndale, PA. It's perfect for business people or students to enjoy a long term stay for internships. I have two rooms for rent in my home, so the bathroom may or may not beer shared with another guest. I do have a cat & 2 dogs, but they are friendly and not permitted in the guest rooms at any time. You'll have access to the kitchen, laundry, and plenty of parking in the driveway. The guests have the use of the kitchen and laundry room as well as the office with a TV. Also there is tip of the line WIFI in the home that makes doing work from home or watching movies from your laptop an easy experience. The home is a single family home with a driveway for parking so there is no worry about parking. Guests have access through the sliding glass door off the deck as well as coming through the 3 car garage. My husband and I live in the home and are accessible for any questions you may have about the area or any other questions you may have. We love hosting and look forward to having people stay with us. The neighborhood is a subdivision in East Fallowfield Township which is home to many open spaces and walking trails as well as parks. The Brandywine River is also right down the road which offers adventures in kayaking and canoeing. I would recommend having a car of your own here as public transportation is minimal. The Thorndale train station is 2 miles from our home which takes you into Philadelphia where you can catch a train to all areas of Eastern USA. Buses are really unavailable and not convenient for transportation.
