Attractive back yard with privacy fence and deck with table and chairs, grilling equipment. Guests have the whole home and yard to themselves. Laundry facilities available, in basement. Hosts are available through phone and text messages and guests are welcome to contact us any time. Otherwise we pretty much leave ya alone! Nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors, safe location. Just a short walk away from large grocery store, downtown shopping and movie theater. Close enough to walk downtown or a short drive. Lake McConaughy is about a 10 minute drive from house. Sorry, we don’t allow pets. No exceptions.
