Great covered patio areas, grill available. 1/3 acre ready for relaxing. Fenced for kids/pets. Fast wifi available, 2nd frig in garage for beer, etc. Coffee bar. Front bath extra wide for wheel chair entry. Entire home available. Party crasher can sleep on the queen sleeper couch. :-) We may greet you, but more likely leaving in our RV in am day of your arrival. Always available by phone. Drive E on 114 to Southlake for great shopping or S on I35 to Alliance Center for shopping. Both areas also have great dining spots. Our house on a corner, and pretty secluded from neighbor, with 6 ft fence. Walk to park/skate park/Hawaiian Falls water park is .4 miles. Both Southlake and Alliance approximately 6 miles. Uber in our area. City currently creating bike paths under Tx 114 for longer rides. Great local hiking to Lake Grapevine. Town of Roanoke has events year round.
