Bright and light decor in a single story 3/1 duplex within walking distance to a Dominoes pizza, gas stations, and the historic Crestview downtown including Hub City BBQ, Coney Island, Desi’s restaurant, Tom’s Main Street Ice Cream, Good Things Donuts, & Casbah Coffee. Newly updated (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) inch (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) p TV added to master bedroom. This house is available for you to use as if it’s your own. If you are expecting a 5 star resort experience for the price you’re paying for this lodging please book elsewhere. I offer affordable lodging for families that helps everyone be able take their kids to destinations that normally cost much more to experience. This is 1/2 of a duplex, I am not In control of the other side or if the other tenants are smoking on their front porch. It is an older layout.... main living room and kitchen together at the front.... full bathroom immediately to the right before the master bedroom.... then the 2 back bedrooms you must enter from the back of the master bedroom (no hallway here)..... the non working stackable washer/dryer is in the back left bedroom (recently died so we are removing it in the next few weeks).... Even though we are pet friendly we do require a $49 pet fee per animal, per 30 day period. If your animal is approved by us. This will all be paid for through the Airbnb system... animals are expected to be on a leash at all times if outside and if left in the place alone they must be in a kennel. If your animal will be barking the entire time are gone then it is not allowed because we do have close neighbors that will be interrupted from them. The entire duplex is available to use for your pleasure :) I’m available easily through the airbnb app typically 8am-10pm most every day. So the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are actually into the master bedroom. The only closet is a metal bar in the master bedroom above the desk to hang clothes. You can also hang clothes from the metal bar of the bunk beds in the back bedrooms.
