A stunning two bedroom ground floor apartment in the newly completed Yealm development. The apartment is flooded with light and offers estuary views from the living area and master bedroom each of which have doors onto the generous terrace. The bedrooms have their own ensuite and there is a cloakroom in the hall way. All beautifully fitted to the highest standards this apartment can not fail to impress. The large southerly terrace enables you to sit and relax whilst listening to estuary life allowing complete relaxation from dawn to dusk. The apartment is all yours to enjoy. Adjoining our terrace, through a locked gate, is a communal garden with fire pit which can also be used for b-b-q's. Please bring your own logs! The front door key also opens the private gates. We only live 3 miles away and are readily available by phone/text should you need us or have any questions. We will otherwise leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday. Newton Ferrers is a boating haven on the River Yealm. The apartment is a stone's throw from the estuary where you can swim, paddle board, kayak and enjoy the beautiful blue waters. The village and Noss Mayo host three excellent pubs, a Co Op, butcher, Post Office and well stocked chemist and are connected by road and a tidal causeway. Each summer there is a regatta between the two villages (very competitive!). We are right by the South West coastal footpath, which you can either get to via road or catch the foot ferry to the opposite side of the estuary for longer walks. The scenery is stunning whatever the weather. There is a local bus that goes into Plymouth should you wish to leave you car. Plymouth, Ivybridge and Totnes are the nearest stations being approximately half an hour away. To avoid disappoint please note that we can not take any bookings for children below the age of 12, including babies and toddlers. This is due to a strict residency agreement which we have no control over and there are no exceptions.
