The original Telephone Exchange is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Monkton. Now converted to a wonderful holiday cottage situated between Harrogate and the cathedral city of Ripon. Nearby is Fountains Abbey, Lightwater Valley and Newby Hall. Blessed with open fields on 3 sides which includes a lovely spot to sit outside and unwind or watch the sunsets. When you are ready, there is a wood burner inside. The inside is open plan and surprisingly spacious with a well equipped kitchen Bedroom has views over open fields and a door opens to take in a wonderful outside view over open fields. There is an en-suite with jacuzzi type bath. Well equipped kitchen shares an open plan space with the front room which houses a log burner. Double doors open to yet another view of open fields. Free parking for two cars. Village is a 400m walk. The 36 bus which connect to Leeds, Ripon and Harrogate very 15 minutes is 3/4 mile away. Peace and tranquility. Hi-speed wi-fi!
