Entire Cottage Sleeps up to 8

Please come stay at our cottage and you will enjoy everything about it. You will have access to the entire cottage for days of fun!! We are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach a.d a big playground. You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon. This cottage is also great for nighttime cookouts or enjoy playing games in the sun room. Please read our reviews. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms each have a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. We have extended cable and internet. We don’t have central air conditioning but have a portable air conditioner, multiple ceiling fans, and some standing fans to keep the cottage cool. The Entire cottage will hold up to 8 people comfortably. We provide a washer and dryer free for your use as well as provide all the supplies to wash. We recently added a outdoor patio, fire pit and gas grill. No need to bring wood as we provide that too. You will have access to the entire cottage. I will also let you in early once cleaning to the cottage is ready to go. Keypad for entry to home for easy access. Owners do not live on-site but are nearby for problems Neighborhood is great for long walks, enjoying the beach, playground for kids, or sit by the fire pit making Smores at night. We are within a mile of downtown Edinboro where you can enjoy golfing, putt-putt and close to many restaurants to eat. Also within a half mile of Edinboro University Upon request we will provide any recommendations you want for restaurants and things to do.
