** Not suitable for noisy parties, loud music etc** Bumblebee Barn is a high quality barn conversion for up to 13 people in a rural setting just outside the lake district national park. It is a perfect place for extended family holidays and meeting up with friends. Take advantage of the stunning hot tub to soak after a day in the Lakes, walking Hadrian's Wall or exploring the Solway Coast. Look at the stars overhead as the waterfall crashes over you! This stunning barn conversion offers a large open plan kitchen with dining space for your whole group. There are galleries looking down into a beautiful sunlit lounge area, with x box games console. This part of the accommodation also includes three downstairs bedrooms, an upstairs bedroom and a bathroom on each floor. The remaining accommodation is in the adjacent annex, which has the benefit of it's own entrance. It comprises a large downstairs bedroom with double bed and single bed settee and the third bathroom. Upstairs is a delightful second kitchen opening up into a lounge / sleeping area with a further double bed and flat screen TV. Please note: we are in a very tranquil rural setting and have close neighbours. The Barn is not suitable for noisy parties or loud music at anytime. We also ask you to keep outside noise to a minimum after 9:30pm. The hot tub cannot be used after 9:30pm. We just want to make these rules clear now to avoid guests booking somewhere that doesn't meet their needs.
