Bright and Sunny 2 Bedroom Apartment

This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub. You will have full use of the apartment, staircase to the door. Must be able to climb stairs. A short walk to Collins Park, and a local favorite snack and ice cream joint on the Mohawk River called Jumpin' Jack's, waterski shows on Tuesday evenings, and free concerts in adjacent Freedom Park, Collin's Lake or Mohawk river for canoe or kayaking. Close to Union College and the historic stockade region of Schenectady. Bicycle trails near by which can be ridden to - additionally, if a serious cyclist, I ride lots, and roads here have a lot to offer, flat, or hills, beautiful country roads, little traffic - i could help with recommended routes any length. We have room for 2 guest cars in our driveway. CDTA bus stop close by. Greyhound bus station 5 minutes away. Albany airport 20-30 minutes away. Union College 10 minutes away. Boston, NYC and Montreal are all 3 hours away. We have bedbug covers on both mattresses, and mattress covers, as well as pillow covers. The mattress covers and pillow covers are removed and washed every time we clean between guests.
