Comfortable family home with beautiful yards

Enjoy this comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The entire home is yours, including a beautifully gardened, private backyard. Now with brand new windows! Walking distance to WNCC, Target and mall; about 1 mile to downtown, parks, schools, and soccer fields. Can comfortably accommodate 8 and up to 10 (additional $15 per person for more than 8). There are 3 bedrooms, 1 play room, 1 finished open space in basement; 2 bathrooms. Comfortable, new air mattress as swell as futon available. My home is an updated 1970s Ranch with a finished basement and beautiful backyard. Upstairs: 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 playroom (can accommodate air mattress), living room and full kitchen with table for 6 (card tables + chairs also available upon request). Basement: 800 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room, 1 large open area (can be used as second living room) and pull-out futon for an additional private sleeping space. Beds recap: - Bedroom 1: upstairs, queen bed - Bedroom 2: upstairs, double bed - Playroom: upstairs, double air mattress (upon request) - Bedroom 3: basement, queen bed - Basement Area: double futon - Pack n' play available upon request (In summary, sleeping for 8 is automatically available; 2 more can sleep on air mattress in playroom. 10 people max.) Backyard: My favorite place! Enjoy the private fenced-in yard with plenty of trees and shade, a swing set (for children), and flower and garden beds (in season). The covered patio has outdoor seating. Parking: Two cars can fit in the driveway, and street parking is never a problem. Kiddos: While not completely baby-proofed (please use your best judgement), this is a great house for kids. The playroom has toys and books; the stairs to the basement has an installed baby gate; use caution with it! (If you're coming with small children, let me know so I can best accommodate you!) Technology: - WiFi included. - TV with Roku is available. Misc.: - Base rate is for 8 guests. - Additional guests are $15/night per person, as this requires additional beds to be set up. (Children 2 and under are free; children 3 and older count as a guest.) - Cleaning fee is $25. If for some unforeseen reason, it is necessary for me to enter the home (very unlikely), I will contact you beforehand. If anything is unclear, just send me a message! The whole house is yours, except for the garage and a few locked doors and cabinets, which will be clearly marked. I will not be in the home while you are here. Based on the weather (especially summer) there will be times I will need to water plants and gardens in the front and back yards. I'll let you know before I come. This is my regularly lived-in home. Within reason, you are welcome to use toiletries, soaps and supplies, as well as condiments, spices, basics, etc. in the kitchen. If you happen to use the last of anything, please just let me know. During your stay I will be available via phone or text. There may be times I need to care for the garden areas; I will contact you about this. A quiet neighborhood. My house is on a street which is not "through" in either direction, so usually the only traffic is people who live on the street. Tri-City Roadrunner bus service is available for limited transportation.
