Private room in classic, cozy Fishers home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the Geist Reservoir marina and several area restaurants Queen size bed, comfortable for one person, Roku TV, small fridge, desk and plenty of closet space. Well-lighted room with natural light and shelves for additional storage. Iron and iron table in the room Smoking is not allowed. Guests enter trough the front door. No visitors allowed. No pets allowed. Proof of COVID-19 vaccine is required when booking Host can be of assistance to guests if needed, but in general, guests will enjoy their privacy and quietness in the space. Very nice area, close to several businesses, by foot or by car. Near Ikea, Kroger, Walmart, Meijer, Hamilton Town Center. A car is needed if going outside of the vicinity, but within walking distance, there are several shops, a Mexican restaurant, an Italian restaurant, an American restaurant, an ice cream shop, a butcher shop, a Cafe, etc.In the marina, there are 3 other restaurants and an additional ice cream shop. In the summer months, you may enjoy the water sports offered at the marina, and you may reach this by foot.
