Spring Tide@The Cedars, a seaside retreat

Spring Tide apartment @The Cedars, has a light, airy, seaside feel. We we offer a light, bright interior with ample room for 4 adults and 2 children (in bunk beds) over two large double rooms. There is also a large bathroom with Cornish made toiletries provided. We provide a well equipped kitchen with separate dining room and living room accommodation and there is a porch for outdoor shoes & coats. A spacious back garden with patio area and outside seating includes a BBQ. We are excited to be updating and renewing all decor and furniture in Summer 2021. In addition, we are creating a fantastic outdoor space with new patio area and a shed storage for wet suits, paddle boards, sea kayaks etc. A new bathroom suite will be fitted in Winter 2021. We include all Cornish made provisions to start your holiday off including milk, butter, scones, jam, cream, tea & coffee. Beautiful Cornish toiletries provided. Completely self contained and private, Spring Tide apartment has private front and back gardens with private access. Both areas are fenced off and provide safe, secure areas for children and dogs. We live adjacent and so we can be easily available for questions or any support required. The picturesque village of Ruan Minor is a stones throw to the sea with the famous Cadgwith Cove within a 10 minute stroll. A perfect location, we are within minutes of Kynance Cove, Kennack Sands and Lizard Village, the most southerly point in the UK. We have two parking spaces at the property for use as well as near by village parking available. There is an excellent bus service to Lizard, Mullion, Helston and Truro. Mainline GWR services from Penzance & St Erth. A beautiful 30 minute drive to St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance & St Michael’s Mount. The fabulous Minack Theatre is with easy reach. Ruan Minor has a fantastic village shop and post office. Coffee and tea is served outside with hot croissants and a range of fresh local produce is available.
