Cozy Cottage Near Downtown and the River

This cozy cottage off of Saratoga's downtown is the perfect home away from home. Quaint with character, comfortable and clean, it's a relaxing retreat while still being close to the amenities that Saratoga has to offer. The cottage is an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, stores, the public hot springs, the community center and playgrounds. It has newer appliances, a fully fenced yard, and newer furniture, making it excellent for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends. The space features a one car garage, a fully fenced yard, a sandbox, gas BBQ grill and an outdoor fire pit and seating area. Mature trees provide shade and privacy. Deer are common visitors to the street and sometimes yard. The property is for the guest to use, but we ask they stay out of the basement/crawlspace. We do not live in the area, but if issues come up we have family in town that can assist. The cottage is situated a block and a half from the main downtown street. It has easy access to the Platte River (one block away from) and is across the bridge from the Saratoga Inn. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to convenience stores and down the street from the community center. Street front parking available, as well as a private drive and garage. Not many options for public transportation. While you can walk up the hill to the main grocery store, a car would be more convenient. There will be occasional fauna in the yard (mostly deer) please respect their space and be aware of the droppings they may leave. There is a small house in the back of the property that is a work in progress.
