The ell is attached to the horse barn. Rich & I live in the main house attached to the barn through the open garage where the tractor, boat and upstairs apartment tenant's Dodge van. Finished entirely in wood, it smells like fresh cut pine trees with big windows on three sides. The bunk beds are natural pine also complementing the wood walls and ceiling. The space is clean & spacious. A/C cool in the summer. Warm in the winter with radiant heat from the floor. Catch inspiring sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. Outdoor private patio hanging & chilling will be finished in the spring. You have a private entrance, so come and go as you please. Be considerate of the tenant who lives above in the apartment. Have fun, but no wild parties! If you break the rules, you will asked to leave immediately. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. Guests have full access to the shared bunkhouse room, work/desk table, refrigerator, microwave, shower, sink, toilet, washer/dryer. I've always got my phone with me, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question. The farm is located in a rural setting abbutting other farms along wth homes on 2 acre lots. It is very peaceful with panoramic views of countryside and big sky. Catch the moon and stars at night or an inspiring sunrise. 5 min to Market Basket for groceries, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Lowes 9 min NE Dragway, 14 min Exeter NH, 25 min Hampton Beach NH, 1 hr Boston, 30 min Manchester NH, 2:13 hrs Mt. Washington. Walk down Martin Road, the country road that leads to the cow pastures, free ranging chickens and beloved Rail-Trail network. You may hear the horses moving about during the night. They are nocturnal creatures, sleeping no longer than 4 hours at a time Not deep long sleepers like humans. Feel free to bring carrots or apples as treat to give when barn staff is around to make sure your fingers don't get mixed up with the treats ;-)
