B&B in old farm in Burgundy/Morvan

This farm has been completely renovated and is situated between Arnay-le-Duc and Saulieu, on the edge of the Morvan Regional Parc. You have lovely views on the quiet and peaceful landscape. Our farm is more than 200 years old, some parts are maybe even older... We kept most of the old features, while making our guest rooms as comfortable as possible and paying a lot of attention to decoration. We have two spacious double rooms with their own shower-room, and sitting area. The farm is surrounded by a big garden with flower beds, mature trees, a lovely pool and a greenhouse. There is a covered terras, where we serve the breakfast on sunny days... Our guests have acces to the living area of the house and the garden. On rainy days we will invite our guests to sit in front of the huge fire-place which once had been a forge... You can also make a reservation for the so-called "table d'hôte" (dinner), a complete meal including apéritif, wine and coffee/tea... We live in a quiet and rural hamlet, surrounded by forests and meadows, only a 1 hours drive from Beaune and Dijon, 30minutes from Autun and 15 minutes from Saulieu and Arnay-le-Duc. There a numerous hiking trails in the nearby Morvan Natural Parc. The quiet and small country roads are especially suitable for cyclists. History is on the doorstep of every village, there are numerous castles and churches which can be visited, and the Burgundy vineyards invite you to dicover their famous wines. And not to forget the weekly markets in most of the places... There is no public transport in the village, the nearest train station is an hours drive away. So it will be necessary to come by car.
