Enjoy a private, relaxing bedroom in my home, adjacent to beautiful Lake Chemung. There are nature and recreation areas nearby, along with many shopping & restaurant choices. You'll enjoy a private bathroom & comfortable queen-sized bed! My border collie Journey loves to meet new guests, however, my home is NOT suitable for your pets or children. I am a female, well-traveled guest host who is offering a rental guest room in my private, peaceful home, just adjacent to beautiful all-sports Lake Chemung. Many shops and restaurants nearby & my home is only 25 minutes from the fun, active downtown area of Ann Arbor, MI (home of University of Michigan) and only minutes away from both downtown Brighton and downtown Howell. Easy access off of both I-96 and US-23. The home features a private room for 1-2 people. Free amenities include Wi-Fi Internet, Laundry, Parking, many books, and a full kitchen. I enjoy swapping travel tales with my guests. I do have an active Border Collie, so if you stay with me you must love dogs! Private guest room with private bathroom, and full use of kitchen. I'm happy to engage in conversations, or if you prefer privacy, no worries. Happy to offer suggestions for local dining, shopping, or exploring one of the many nature areas nearby. Also can provide most any specific information you may need. Quiet, peaceful, and private large yard. My home is just adjacent to a gorgeous lake! Beautiful shade trees, a sun porch, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill all available to use. Close to local freeways, nature areas, shopping, restaurants. I know the area well and am happy to provide directions and locations to anywhere you'd like to visit. Lake Chemung is a well-stocked fishing, boating and swimming fresh water lake. There is private access to the lake from my street and a floating dock for swimming. Two kayaks available in season!
